- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My previous surgery was St. Luke's primary care (awful one) have changed to Woodview 3 months ago. Although the online review more bad than good, I figured out because, no one who had a great experience is posting anything. So I have decide to share my experience. I found here the best Doctor (within 8years I lost my faith that I will find a really professional and competent one). His name is Dr Eng Ong. And although Dr Jiganda Liao is young he has a great potential too. I want to say a big thank you to Nurse Practitioners Gail Rainbow for referring me to Dr Ong. She saw me twice and both times she was very professional and competent. From now on if Dr Ong moves from that surgery, I am moving too:).by Angel ZNovember 27, 2017
