- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Shocking how rude and clearly lack of communication with all staff including practice manager who clearly doesn't have a clue. OVER ALL RUBBISH GOOD FOR NOTHING!!! Feel sorry for how many OAP's are getting treated and been taken advantage of and not even given the correct information. The receptionist needs to go back to school and learn people skills. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One star is generous! Trying to get an appointment to see a doctor is impossible. They are only part time and you have to get passed the nurse first who is moody, unsympathetic and bordering on rude. I’ve only been registered there for about 8 months but am already changing surgeries. I was at my last surgery for 10 years! No one seems to take you seriously. I’m just told ‘you could have something worse just live with it’. They would not carry out any additional tests when symptoms persisted or refer me to specialist despite how my life was being affected. I just kept getting turned away and made to feel like an inconvenience. Definitely not one to register at. I think they adopt a poor attitude and negative unhelpful approach so that patients don’t make appointments.by Daniela BeddallJanuary 24, 2017
