- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So rude! Receptionist was so rude to my son he had a anxiety attack and collapsed outside, no one came to help him! Luckily the pharmacy called paramedics out and helped him ! Complaint in process but the practise manager was not listening to me only talking over me with the information given to her from Denise the receptionist. These staff need to retrain in customer care and remember their duty of care.by Paula DexterApril 02, 2017
