- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The main problem with this dentist is getting through on the phone. I placed nearly 50 calls on a Monday for an emergency appointment and each time the phone just rang or was engaged or explained everyone was busy. Every time I am in there there is always 3 receptionist answering calls continuously so I just assume they are just very busy. However when I finally got through on the Tuesday I got an appointment within 2 hours and the work done was as good as usual. An added advantage especially in Northampton is that they have a free car park around the back for around 8 cars.
