- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Oo is extremely rude and incompetent. He has not absolutely any ability to listen and communicate effectively with the patients. Moreover, he has not any practical skills for examining patients. For instance, my newborn had Bronchiolitis because he just didn't care about it despite the severe cold symptoms.
