- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Picked our cat up today and was left feeling mortified that I'd left him in their care. He was left with a soaking wet blanket and nothing else. He has clearly lost weight despite only being there for 5 days! None of the treats we left with management were given to our cat and he was very anxious. Don't use this cattery - when we arrived the lady in charge said she assumed our cat was fine but hadn't seen him for a few days! Disgusting treatment from supposed "professionals" - UPDATE the cattery have not contacted us whatsoever as it would suggest in their response. It is clear they are trying to cover up their awful service by suggesting it is not their norm. Not so much as an apology has been offered let alone any form of resolution. Three days later our cat is only just returning to normal and it is clear this his exiperience was very traumatic.by Chloe RaynerAugust 25, 2017
